At Bed Doctor, customer comfort and satisfaction are extremely important to us. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be unused, clean, and in their original condition, free from damage, stains, or strong odours.
  • Mattresses must remain sealed in their original protective packaging unless the product is faulty.
  • Returns must include original packaging and valid proof of purchase (order number or invoice).
  • Custom-made, clearance, and special-order products are non-refundable unless a manufacturing fault is confirmed.

How to Request a Return

  • Please contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return.
  • Our team will provide return instructions and arrange collection where applicable.
  • Once the item is received and inspected, you will be notified regarding approval of your return.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days after the returned product has been received and approved.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Delivery and collection fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault, damage during transit, or an error on our part.

Damaged or Faulty Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide supporting photos where possible. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
